We are happy to know that you chose Summerglen. To make your transition into the neighborhood smooth, we have added a wealth of information to our website. We hope you find this website very helpful in assimilating to the community.
To better familiarize yourself with Summerglen, please review the following information:
- Important Phone Numbers (Schools, Utilities, Emergency #s, Etc.)
To be sure that you are ready for life in Summerglen:
- Contact First Service Residential (FSR) to pick up your gate entry remote(s) and set up your 4 digit gate access code. Click here for FSR contact information.
- Get an online security website profile so you can control the visitor information the gate guard has on file. Contact Tyler Smith with FSR at tyler.smith2@fsresidential.com for login information.
- Complete the Directory Update Form so that you are included in the neighborhood directory and receive neighborhood email updates. If you prefer to not be in the directory, email summerglenpoa@gmail.com to receive neighborhood email updates.
In your new resident welcome letter, you should be able to find the neighborhood website password so that you are able to access the Homeowner Restricted Area. This area of the website includes the neighborhood resident directory.
