Here are a few updates to keep you informed of what is going on in our neighborhood:
No Unlicensed Golf Cart & ATV Drivers Please! Please note that golf carts, mopeds and ATVs are only allowed in Summerglen after sunrise and before sunset when operated by an insured, licensed driver carrying a license and insurance. The driver must follow all neighborhood rules. This is for the safety of all of our residents. Please see the Summerglen Rules and Requirements #18 and the Statement of Operation of Certain Vehicles for full details.
Benefits of Bagging Your Trash: Republic Services, as a partner in the community, would like to encourage every resident to bag their trash prior to placing it in the waste receptacle. We have identified the important reasons for bagging your trash below.
- On windy days, it protects the contents of the trash container from blowing out and scattering on the ground around the community.- It helps prevent spillage during the service of your waste- It helps prevent spillage during transportation of waste to the disposal site- Helps keep our environment, communities and roadways litter freeReal Estate License & Sign Standards: If you are selling your home, please be sure to inform your real estate agent that when showing your home a real estate agent needs to present his or her real estate license at the guard house to access the neighborhood without specific resident approval. Also, be sure that your signage is in compliance with the Summerglen Sign Standards.
